Summary of this Conway New Home Community:
Coastal Farms is a new home community in Conway by D. R. Horton that is coming soon.

The new home community of Coastal Farms is conveniently located off of Cates Bay Highway just a few minutes southwest of downtown Conway.

Coastal Farms is one of several new home communities either currently under construction or being planned off of Cates Bay Highway.

Harvest Ridge, another D. R. Horton community, is located just a couple of minutes down Cates Bay Highway from where the new home of Coastal Farms is being developed. D. R. Horton first started selling single-family homes in Harvest Ridge back in 2022 and is nearing completion. There will be a total of 212 single family homes in Harvest Ridge. Pricing of the single family homes in Harvest Ridge has ranged from the middle $200’s to the middle $300’s.

There are also a couple of additional plots of land off of Cates Bay Highway that are being planned for future development: (1) a potential 95 single family home community currently owned by Cates Bay Development LLC and (2) a potential 100 single family home development currently owned by Glenwood at Cates Bay LLC. Neither of these 2 future planned communities have announced any further development plans.

D. R. Horton is planning on building 39 single-family homes in Coastal Farms.

In the new home community of Coastal Farms in Conway, D. R. Horton will be offering farmhouse-style exteriors and thoughtfully designed Tradition Series floorplans. Coastal Farms will combine classic Southern style and with modern convenience.

As of May 2025, D. R. Horton has not yet announced pricing for the new single-family homes in Coastal Farms.

Horton is well committed to the Myrtle Beach area with over 40 communities either currently under construction of being planned for future development in the area.
