Heritage Preserve is a new home community with close proximity to Carolina Forest although technically within the Conway city limits. Heritage Preserve has two primary sections: (1) Heritage Oaks and (2) Heritage Downs. As of April 2024, development of all 168 single family homes in the Heritage Oaks section have been completed. As of April 2024, there were only 5 single family units left to be developed and sold within the Heritage Downs section. Heritage Downs will have approximately 270 single family units when the section is completed. This Conway new home community is located not too far from the recently expanded International Drive, just off of Route 90 and is one of several Centex new home communities in Conway. Heritage Preserve is located in close proximity to the Waccamaw River. Both Conway and Myrtle Beach are an easy commute from this Conway new home community.
