News Title: D.R. Horton has closed its initial batch of homes in Chapman Village, with recent price reductions likely helping drive the uptick in sales activity.
Chapman Village is a new home community just a short distance north from downtown Conway situated on 11.83 acres right off of Medlen Parkway.

D. R. Horton is the builder in Chapman Village.

D. R. Horton started presales in Chapman Village back in November of 2025.  Since the presales started, D. R. Horton has reduced the pricing rather significantly in Chapman Village.

The first few single-family homes in Chapman Village have now just closed.  Final pricing of the homes that sold in Chapman Village has ranged from$308,000 to $345,000 with an average selling price at approximately $326,000.

D. R. Horton is building 45 single-family homes in Chapman Village with lot sizes ranging from 5,475 square feet to 5,995 square feet.
