Shelley Park South is a new home community coming to the southwest part of Conway.

The new home community of Shelley Park South will be located just off of Highway 701 around the intersection of Shelly Farm Road and Bucksville Drive.

The new home community of Shelley Park South in Conway will consist of 384 single-family homes that have lot sizes that are just over 10,000 square feet. This new home community in Conway will feature sidewalks, a community garden, separate mail kiosks, and 10.84 acres of active open space while still preserving over 18 acres of wetlands.   There will be a 50’ wetland buffer to help preserve those wetland areas.   All of the lots will be out of the 100 year & Supplemental Flood Zones.

Diamond Shores purchased this property back in 2023 and was involved with the site design process for Shelley Park South.
