Sessions Point is a Conway new home community that first began to sell in the spring of 2023.
Mungo Homes was the builder in Sessions Point.
In August of 2025, Mungo Homes announced that they have officially sold all of the single-family homes in Sessions Point and/or have them all under contract.
The single-family homes in Sessions Point sold from the upper $200’s to the lower $400’s. The average price of the homes in Sessions Point was just under $360,000.
There are 90 single-family homes in the new homes community of Sessions Point in Conway. The lot sizes in Sessions Point are up to ¼ of an acre.
The Sessions Point community in Conway featured open floorplans, spacious lots and even select waterfront lots. Plans ranged from 1,600 to more than 3,000 square feet and include up to six bedrooms. Most of the floor plans include a designated home office, flex or bonus room, or extra bedroom perfect for homeschooling or when working from home! The location of Sessions point is conveniently close to Highway 22 and International Drive. Among the amenities at Sessions Point are a community pool, sidewalks and trash removal.
