The Reserve at Millpond is a new townhome community being planned near the heart of downtown Conway.
The Reserve at Millpond is conveniently located on an approximate 41.28 acre parcel just off of Mill Pond Road adjacent to the existing subdivision of Turtle Creek.
Preliminary plans for the Reserve at Millpond are showing 45 separate buildings with a total of 234 in common townhome units.
It is expected that D. R. Horton will be the builder in the Reserve at Millpond given their history with Diamond Shores – the company currently involved with supporting the application process.
As can be seen in the accompanying graphic, there are numerous new home communities in various stages of development in the vicinity of where the Reserve at Millpond is being planned. D. R. Horton and Lennar are two of the most active builders in this area.
As of September 2025, timing for development of the Reserve at Millpond has not yet been announced.
