Westwood Reserve is the name of one of the subdivisions within the master planned community of Collins Jollie.
Creekside Homes submitted the initial plans for Westwood Reserve. In January 2024, United Homes Group, Inc. (UHG), acquired the homebuilding business and assets of Creekside Custom Homes, LLC. UHG operates in the southeastern United States, with its builder brand Great Southern Homes having an emphasis on South Carolina, Georgia, and soon North Carolina markets.
