News Title: Ryan Homes has officially introduced home plans and pricing for Copper Pointe, an exciting new single-family home community coming to Conway, SC.
Copper Pointe is a new home community by Ryan Homes just starting presales in Conway, SC.

The new home community of Copper Pointe is located just off of Old Highway 90.  Through the late 1980’s through the 1990’s when most of today’s modern SC Highway 90 alignment was significantly upgraded, this original Highway 90 lost its US Highway 90 designation and the locals began referring to is as Old Highway 90.  Nevertheless, the new home community of Copper Pointe has a nice, convenient location as Old Highway 90 remains a quieter alternative to the busier, widened sections of Highway 90.

The new home community of Copper Pointe in Conway is within relatively close proximity to several other new home communities in the area, including Fieldview by Lennar, Auberon Woods by D. R. Horton, Eden Springs by D. R. Horton, and Avery Woods, by Great Southern Homes.

Ryan Homes is the builder in Copper Pointe.

Preliminary plans are showing approximately 153 single-family homes in Copper Pointe.

Copper Pointe offers quarter-acre homesites.  Among the amenities at Copper Pointe will be a community swimming pool, pickleball and more.
