Mungo Homes has begun marketing new homes at Meadows at Four Mile in Conway, South Carolina, with pricing now announced for all nine floor plans offered in the community. Presales began in the summer of 2026, and the release of the complete floor plan lineup provides prospective buyers with a clearer picture of the homes available in this new Conway development.

One of the most notable features of Meadows at Four Mile is the size of its homesites and the potential for more spacious homes than buyers may find in many newer communities across Horry County. Developed on approximately 71.9 acres with Horry County approval for 86 single-family homes, the community offers a relatively low-density setting, with many homesites measuring approximately half an acre. The combination of larger lots, a selection of nine floor plans and a location close to Conway makes Meadows at Four Mile an appealing option for buyers seeking additional space without moving far from everyday conveniences.

The community is located directly off Four Mile Road, just east of Highway 501 and a short distance north of downtown Conway. Four Mile Road provides an important east-west connection through this part of the Conway area, extending from Highway 501 toward Highway 319, with access to Highway 701 farther south. Together, these routes provide convenient connections to downtown Conway, surrounding residential areas and the broader Grand Strand. Highway 501 also offers a direct route toward Myrtle Beach and its extensive shopping, dining, entertainment and employment destinations, while Conway's historic downtown provides its own collection of restaurants, shops and local attractions.
