News Title: Single-family homes in Hainer Place in Conway by Mungo Homes have started to sell.
Hainer Place is a new home community located north of downtown Conway just to the east of Highway 701 and along SC-65.

Conway City Council approved the subdivision name of Hainer Place back in 2022. The initial phase of Hainer Place was approved for 53 single family lots on an approximate 17 acre parcel of land. The approximate 34.75 parcel of land adjacent to Hainer Place was reviewed and received plan approval from the Technical Review Committee and received approval from the Commission back in 2023. This parcel was initially proposed with the name Rose Estates. The Rose Estates development plans called for 80 single family lots with frontage on Highway 65, Highway 813 and Lite Road.

Conway City Council renamed Rose Estates to Hainer Place – thus becoming a second future extension/phase of Hainer Place. Hainer Place now consists of a first phase of 53 single family homes followed by a subsequent phase of 80 single-family homes (formerly Rose Estates).

Mungo Homes is the builder in Hainer Place.


Mungo Homes will be offering 8 different floor plans in the new home community of Hainer Place in Conway:

(2) Howard - 3 to 5 bedrooms, 2 to 3 bathrooms, 1,433 square feet to 1,959 square feet of living space - Howard model starting at $282.900

(3) Bartow - 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 1,476 square feet - Bartow model starting at $269,900

(4) Lawrence - 2 to 4 bedrooms, 2 to 3.5 bathrooms, 1,500 square feet to 1,978 square feet of living space - Lawrence model starting at $286,900

(5) Brunswick - 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1,548 square feet - Brunswick model starting at $278,900

(6) Guilford - 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 1,772 square feet to 1,816 square feet of living space - Guilford model starting at $285,900

(7) Kershaw - 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 1,951 square feet to 1,962 square feet of living space - Kershaw model starting at $294,900

(8) Lancaster - 4 to 5 bedrooms, 2.5 to 3 bathrooms, 2,152 square feet to 2,175 square feet of living space - Lancaster model starting at $303,900
