News Title: The Collins Jollie Conservation Subdivision continues to take shape, with Maple Grove emerging as the latest new home community poised to launch presales.
There are approximately 809 acres of land slightly northeast of downtown Conway, straddled across Collins Jollie Road that have made significant progress with planning and development.  Maple Hill, Ridgewood West and Dudley Farms are a few of the existing subdivisions that are located near where this property will be developed.  This property has been named the Collins Jollie Conservation Subdivision.

The Master Plan for the Collins Jollie Subdivision has a total of 1,333 units (single-family detached and single-family attached) across the entire 809 acres.

The Master Plan for the Collins Jollie Conservation Subdivision splits the property into multiple tracts (with multiple owners) for development.  Each tract that is being split off is being developed in accordance with the approved Master Plan.

Maple Grove is one of the tracts within the master planned community of Collins Jollie Subdivision.

The overall Master Plan for the Maple Grove Development was approved in March of 2024 and the first three phases of the development were approved in November of 2024.  The Technical Review Committee approved a minor revision to the Maple Grove Master Plan which involved the addition of a second amenity area in Phase 1.  At the January 2026 City of Conway Planning Commission Meeting, phases 3, 4 and 5 of Maple Grove were approved.

D. R. Horton is the builder in Maple Grove and will be developing the new home community of 343 single-family homes in six phases.

While the Maple Grove floorplans haven’t been formally released yet, D.R. Horton is very consistent with the homes they are building in the Conway area. Expectations are that the single-family homes in Maple Grove will most likely be a product type that is entry-level to move-up single family homes based on the other nearby D. R. Horton communities in Conway like Auberon Woods, Ridgefield, The reserve at Wild Horse, The Preserve at Shaftesbury Glen, Kingston Bay, Elmhurst Place, Hemingway Landing, Chapman Village, Ravenloft, Coastal Farms, Dove Crossing, Preserve at Cypress Commons, Pinewood Estates, Heritage Crossing, and others.

Land development in Maple Grove has been completed and the models and spec homes are now under construction.  It is expected that D. R. Horton will be starting presales in Maple Grove in the summer of 2026.
